Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FrameTactics ("the service"), a communication-analysis tool operated at psych-influence-app.fellaixxo.workers.dev.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What the service is

FrameTactics produces tactical communication analyses. You submit an observation — a description of a real interaction — and the service returns a structured brief containing a governing claim, a mechanism, a suggested move, and observables to watch for.

The service is a decision-support tool. It is not advice in any professional sense. It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, medical advice, or any form of licensed professional service.

2. What the service is not

The service will refuse to analyse content it identifies as clinical or therapeutic in nature. This boundary is enforced technically and is not negotiable. If you need clinical or therapeutic support, this service is not a substitute for it.

The service does not guarantee outcomes. Analyses are plausible readings of situations, not predictions. You are responsible for what you do with any analysis.

3. The autonomy boundary

Every suggested move in every analysis preserves the other person's ability to refuse, to notice, and to opt out. This is an operational constraint on the service, not a moral position. You agree not to use the service to plan or execute moves that require another person to be unable to refuse or unable to notice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to analyse anyone under 18
• Use the service to plan coercion, harassment, stalking, or any act that harms another person
• Attempt to circumvent the clinical-content filter or the autonomy boundary
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Share your account with anyone else
• Use the service for any purpose that violates the law in your jurisdiction

6. Data and privacy

How the service handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy. In summary:

• Zero Retention: All raw observations and conversation text are processed in memory and discarded immediately after the analysis is generated. We do not store your raw input on our servers.
• Zero Knowledge: Analysis results are encrypted in your browser with a key that only you hold. We store only the encrypted ciphertext and cannot read your analysis.
• Data Control: You can export or delete your account data at any time from your account settings.

7. Pro subscription

Pro subscriptions are sold and billed through Gumroad. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by Gumroad's refund policy and applicable consumer law.

We may change the price of Pro with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.

8. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party infrastructure that may experience outages.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. If we discontinue the service, Pro subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their subscription.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameTactics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. The service's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid to the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TO BE SPECIFIED]. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
