Zero-Retention & Zero-Knowledge Policy

FrameTactics does not store your raw conversations. Your text is processed in memory and discarded immediately after the analysis is generated. We do not log prompts, responses, or conversation content.

The analysis result is encrypted in your browser with a key that only you hold. We store only the encrypted ciphertext. Neither FrameTactics nor its infrastructure providers can read your analysis. We do not train on your data. We do not sell your data. You can delete any stored analysis at any time.

1. What We Collect

We are committed to data minimization. We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide the service:

Account Data: Your email address and a securely hashed password. This is used for account identification and service notices.
Analysis Results: The AI-generated tactical brief. This is stored as an encrypted blob. We cannot read it.
Usage Data: Anonymous telemetry (e.g., API response times) to ensure system stability. This does not include personal data.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

Raw Conversations: Your prompts and observations are never written to a database or log file. They exist only in memory during the AI processing phase.
Third-Party Data: We do not collect, store, or analyze the personal data of the individuals you mention in your observations.
Tracking Cookies: We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

3. Data Security

Your analysis results are encrypted client-side using AES-256-GCM before they are transmitted to our servers. The encryption key is derived from a passphrase that only you know. Because we do not possess your key, we cannot decrypt your stored data.

4. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

Right to Erasure: You can permanently delete any past analysis from the "Analyze Chat" page using the delete icon.
Data Portability: You can export your account data from the settings page.
